Now we can only ensure the replacement of the purchased product, and that too in size only. As in this case, if you ordered XXL size, and found it oversized, we are happy to deliver you the perfect size. The terms contained in this Cancellation, Return and Replace Policy shall be accepted without modification and you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein by initiating a request for the purchase of product(s) on the platforms.

Our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Service Team is always ready to respond to your queries. We offer returns for a period of 24 hours from your product delivery. To be eligible for a return the product should not be washed, worn, or altered. The product should be returned with its original price tag, packaging bag, and label.

Reverse pick-up will be done from our end and that too with shipping charges. In extreme circumstances or if the courier partner denied the service, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier to our warehouse location.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we may request you to share the video proof of the package at the time of opening. Please attach your order ID and registered email to your query.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of the order placement. No cancellation can be done after shipping. Please contact us via the contact form to request a cancellation. You will not be able to cancel the order by yourself on the website from your account.

Conditions For Replacement

Several conditions are included in replacement policies.

1) Customers must have to raise a return/exchange request via mail or contact us within 24 hours of order delivery.

2) Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in the original packaging, and eligible for return can be returned.

3) If returns are approved, only replacements will be processed. In this case, shipment charges must be paid by the user. After the assessment of the case, we may conclude ineligibility for a refund or replacement e.g. fake quantity, mismatch, or wrong item claims shall not be entertained.

4) No monetary refund will be processed on cancellation or return of any item. Only size replacements can be provided.
